Lucy Kovalova is a Slovak tennis athlete who has switched to pickleball. After moving to pickleball, Kovalova became one of the sport’s most prominent players. Currently, she has the USA Pickleball National Championships’ Women’s Triple Crown. This includes gold medals in the women’s singles, doubles, and mixed doubles competitions.
Lea Jansen works at Grand Valley State University as an assistant tennis coach. She is a world-class pickleball player and one of the finest female pickleball players. Since becoming a professional, Jansen has competed in five tournaments and won 13 matches.
She’s one of the most exciting young pickleball players around. She and Leigh Waters won gold at the 2018 USAPA Nationals. With Athena Trouillot and Riley Newman, she won the 2019 Canadian Nationals, and subsequently, with Andrea Koop, she won the 2019 Chicago Open. Lauren Stratman is a well-known professional in the tennis and pickleball worlds. The Santa Barbara Tennis Club and the Municipal Tennis Center employ her as a tennis instructor. In 2019, Stratman made the transition from amateur to professional pickleball player.
Minto US Open Pickleball Championships’ first-ever Triple Crown winner was Jennifer Dawson. ‘ As a result, she became the first woman to win gold medals in three different categories at the 2017 World Championships. She also teaches tennis in addition to pickleball. It’s safe to say that Dawson is one of the most well-known and successful pickleball players in the world today.
Abbie Brooks is a Canadian professional pickleball player. During a 2017 pickleball event, Abbie Brooks and Catherine Parenteau won bronze together. As for singles, she’s just competed in a singles tournament and won both of her matches since becoming professional.
